Colleen Boddez
Colleen Boddez has had a lifelong interest in massage therapy. During her
childhood and teenage years, Colleen gave massages to family members who were in pain. At the age of 20, she became a Shiatsu Practitioner. Wanting to further her education, Colleen attended the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in Vancouver, B.C. from 1991 -1993.
Since 1993, Colleen has received training in CoAT Method (a myofascial release technique), Brain Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage, Neuromuscular Therapy, Systemic Deep Tissue Therapy and Craniosacral Therapy. She incorporates the variety of techniques she has learned into her treatments to facilitate the healing process of her clients.
When Colleen is not working as an RMT, she enjoys going for walks, reading, creating artwork, and cooking healthy organic food.
In Her Own Words:
It is a great privilege for me when people allow me to work on their body, for it is a sacred temple that houses the soul. I am so grateful to have a profession I thoroughly enjoy and that facilitates wellness in others.
I work Thursday, Friday & Saturday
